Doing research I DID NOT find ANY Mele-style jewelry box with a cameo, PLUS most DO NOT have the key.
Mele-like jewelry box & may just be, I'm not 100% sure. Everything, is identical, but the bottom's design. I can't tell you anymore. Sorry.
