This is a wall hanging of Mary's face that is extracted from Michelangelo's Pieta sculpture which illustrates Mary holding Jesus across her lap. The face is approximately life size. Mary's face is made from bonded marble and resin and measures 13.25"H x 10.5"W x 6.25"D. Licensed reproduction from the Metropolitan Museum Collection made in 1982 . It was made from a "laser" copy of the Siete in Italy.
